For your protection and privacy, the loan application will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity.  If this happens, you will need to restart the application process.  Once you have completed the application and exit the browser, click here to check the status of your loan request and enter your email address along with the password you will establish within the application.  If you have any questions, call a loan specialist at 209-929-1600 or 1-800-399-2265 Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.- 7 p.m. PST.

We are proud to loan money directly back into the communities that we serve to help our customers and our communities grow and prosper. As such, our lending area encompasses the counties of Alameda, Amador, Calaveras, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Stanislaus, Tuolumne and Yolo. If you reside within our lending service area, or have had a previous loan with us, we welcome your application.

What this means to you:  When you open an account, the Bank will ask for your name, physical address, date of birth, and other information that will allow the Bank to identify you.  The Bank may also ask to see your valid driver's license or other identifying documents.
