A married applicant is entitled to apply separately.

Applicant must complete spouse information if they live in a community property state or are relying on income of a spouse for repayment.

You must indicate the type of credit you're applying for (Individual or Joint). If this is an application for joint credit, Applicant and Co-Applicant each agree that we intend to apply for joint credit.

Alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income need not be revealed if you do not wish to have it considered as a basis for repaying this obligation.

Important Information about Procedures for Opening a New Account:

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: when you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you; we may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
